These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the scheduling and communication services provided by CP Cabinets & Quartz ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1085 Lake Murray Blvd, Suite E, Irmo, SC 29063. By submitting a contact or scheduling request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CP Cabinets & Quartz provides premium all-plywood kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, bathroom cabinets, and vinyl flooring at our showroom in Irmo, South Carolina. Through our online scheduling form, customers can request a free in-person showroom visit and estimate. As part of this service, we communicate via automated phone calls and email to schedule and confirm appointments.

2. Automated Phone Call & SMS Consent

By submitting a request through any of the following methods, you expressly consent to receive automated phone calls and SMS text messages from CP Cabinets & Quartz:

• Submitting a request via our website (cpcabinets.com)
• Submitting a request via Thumbtack.com where you select CP Cabinets & Quartz
• Filling out any scheduling or contact form linked to our services

Calls are made by an AI scheduling assistant ("Lexy") on behalf of CP Cabinets & Quartz. SMS messages are sent via our automated scheduling platform. Both are used solely to confirm your request, schedule your visit, and provide appointment reminders.

3. Email Communication Consent

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and informational emails from CP Cabinets & Quartz, including:

• Appointment confirmation and scheduling details
• Appointment reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled visit)
• Product catalog and collection information related to your project inquiry
• Follow-up communications if we were unable to reach you by phone or SMS

Email frequency typically ranges from 1–5 messages per inquiry, depending on scheduling activity.

4. Types of Communications

After submitting a request, you may receive:

• An automated phone call to confirm your interest and schedule your visit
• A follow-up call if you were unavailable at the first attempt
• SMS text messages for appointment confirmations and reminders
• Email confirmation of your appointment
• Email reminder 24 hours before your scheduled visit
• Follow-up emails with product catalog information if we were unable to connect
• A post-visit thank-you email with a link to leave a Google review (optional)

5. No Spam Policy

CP Cabinets & Quartz is committed to responsible communication. We will never:

• Share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes
• Send unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to your inquiry
• Contact you after you have opted out

6. Scheduling and Appointments

Showroom visits are by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9AM–4PM. By scheduling a visit, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel

CP Cabinets & Quartz reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances with reasonable advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

CP Cabinets & Quartz's communications service is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from missed calls, undelivered emails, or scheduling errors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
